ACK SMART ADVISORY BOARD

We are proud to introduce Gary Vogel of Eagle Bulk Shipping, Samuel A. Flax of Georgetown Law, and William M. Moore of Hudson Energy Development. These three men combined have over 100 years of professional experience, nearly ten degrees from some of the world's most renowned institutions, and a love for the Grey Lady that was essential in their selection.

GARY VOGEL

Gary Vogel has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Eagle Bulk Shipping, Inc. (Nasdaq: EGLE) since September 2015. He also serves as a Director of SFL Corp., Ltd. (NYSE: SFL). Mr. Vogel previously held

the positions of chief executive officer of Clipper Group Ltd. and chief executive officer of Clipper Bulk, a division

of Clipper Group Ltd., which he joined in 2000. Mr. Vogel graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1988

with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation as well as a U.S. Coast Guard Unlimited Tonnage 3rd

Officers License. Subsequently, he served as an officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve.

As a life-long sailor, Gary's greatest Nantucket moments are spent on the water sailing into Nantucket

Harbor, rounding Brant Point at the beginning of the season, and watching the magnificent sunrises on the

east end of the island in Sconset. We look forward to seeing where your leadership takes us, Gary!

SAMUEL A. FLAX

Samuel A. Flax comes to the ACK Smart Advisory Board as a lawyer and academic.

Currently a professor of practice at Georgetown Law, Sam boasts a 35-year career as a practicing attorney and

corporate executive. He was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of

American Capital, Ltd., a publicly-traded private equity and asset management firm with over $100 billion in

assets under management, amongst many other outstanding professional accomplishments.

Sam and his wife Meg began coming to Nantucket in the early 1990’s, when their three children were very young.

Though he is a seasonal resident, Sam believes in contributing to the local community with time and expertise. In addition to the ACK Smart Advisory Board, Sam is also a

member of the Nantucket Atheneum Board of Trustees where he serves as treasurer and Chairman of the finance

committee. We can't wait to learn from you, Sam!

WILLIAM MOORE

The ACK Smart Advisory Board is extremely proud to include a bonafide renewable energy expert to our team in William M. Moore. Mr. Moore is one of the most experienced renewable energy developers now active in the Northeastern US. His broad experience in the energy industry, which dates to 1979, encompasses stints as a utility regulatory analyst, a project finance banker, the co-founder of the earliest commercial wind development company to focus on the eastern seaboard, the lead developer of the largest wind energy farm in Eastern North America, CEO of Deepwater Wind during the development of America’s first offshore wind project, and lead developer of the first four utility scale solar projects in South Carolina.

Bill's connection to Nantucket runs deep in his family history, as his father's relatives would travel from Chicago to the island in the 1920's. It wasn't until the 1970's that Bill would relocate to the island with his mother, where he developed an interest in construction and residential solar applications. Many years later, Bill enjoys spending time on island with his own children, sailing Polpis Harbor, and contributing to the local community through his involvement on the Nantucket Preservation Trust. We are thrilled to have your expertise to enlighten us, Bill!
