Maxey Pond Road

10 Maxey Pond Road, designed by Lucas Velle, in collaboration with Chip Webster Architecture, was completed in 2025. Offering privacy and sweeping views of Maxey Pond, distant ocean vistas, and panoramic sunset views, while being completely off the grid, the team navigated a rather complex electrical system to provide ground array and batteries.
